Lots of options...here are some of our favorites. Not comprehensive, but a good start! 

Groceries - we usually pick up the majority of our groceries in Gunnison at City Market or Walmart (they share a parking lot) just because they are larger stores with more options and inventory.  Once you get to CB, Clark’s Market is the local grocer and has plenty (but limited) to chose from during your stay in CB.  We also love a local small health food store Mountain Earth Whole Foods.
Kid Toys - Okay, Pooh’s Corner, 302 Elk Ave …we love it. Great toy shop with good quality educational toys and some just fun stuff! Good family puzzles and games too.
Favor the Kind - 322 Elk Ave. Great shop with women’s clothes, furnishings and gifts
Milky Way - Great little shop with quality clothing and accessories
Townie Books - Great books, puzzles, guide books, maps Casa Bella - upscale home goods and kitchenwares
Crested Butte Ace Hardware - PACKED full of everything you need
Little Sparrow - 413 Elk Avenue. A family owned and operated retail store. 
The Mountain Store - Lifestyle clothing for men and women.
Paradox Footwear - Major brands of shoes.
Dragonfly Angler - Rods, reels, gifts and all fishing equipment.
Scout’s General - they have a bit of everything.
